These terms govern the use of this website. They are not the terms on which the Rendran software is supplied — that is a separate written agreement, signed by both sides. Nothing on this page grants anyone the right to use the product.
01Who operates this site
This site and the Rendran project are run by Lan RENDRAN_SURNAME, Kostanjevica na Krki, Slovenia — info@rendran.com.
The business is in the process of being registered. Once it is, its registered name, seat, registration number and VAT ID will be published here and will stand in place of the above.
"We" and "us" below mean the operator named above. "You" means anyone using this site.
02Using the site means accepting these terms
If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may change these terms; the version on this page at the time you visit is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last moved.
03What this site is for
It describes what Rendran does, for people considering it. It is information, not an offer. Sending us an enquiry puts neither of us under any obligation, and no contract comes into existence until one is signed. Nothing here is technical, legal or commercial advice.
04Access to the Rendran software
The software is not available from this site. There is no account to open here and nothing to buy. Access is arranged individually and governed by the written agreement between us and the customer, together with the data processing agreement that goes with it. Where those documents and this page disagree, those documents win.
05Screenshots and the product shown
Every product screen on this site uses fictional demo data. The companies, parts, prices and people in them do not exist. The screens show the product as it stood when they were taken; the product changes, and what you see is an illustration rather than a promise that any particular screen, feature or result will look the same for you.
This site carries no prices. Commercial terms are agreed individually, in writing.
06Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout, images, screenshots, the Rendran name and the Rendran mark — belongs to us or to our licensors, and is protected by copyright and by the law on marks. You may view it and print or save a copy for your own use in considering the product. Anything beyond that — copying, republishing, adapting, or using any part of it commercially — needs our written permission first.
07Using the site properly
Please do not attempt to breach or probe the site's security, interfere with its operation, harvest it systematically by automated means, or misuse the contact form or our email address — including to send unsolicited marketing.
08Availability and accuracy
The site is provided as it is and as it is available. We may change it, suspend it or take it down at any time without notice. We take care that what is written here is accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available.
09Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere else, that site is not ours and we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
10Liability
To the extent Slovenian law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, business or data, arising from the use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for intent or gross negligence.
11Privacy
What happens to personal data on this site is set out in the privacy notice. In short: no cookies, no analytics, no visitor database — and a contact form whose contents go to our mailbox and nowhere else.
12Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes arising from them or from the use of this site go to the court competent for the operator's seat in Slovenia. This does not affect mandatory rights you may have under the law of the country you live in.
