01 · The problem

Does this sound like your Tuesday?

  1. 01Enquiries arrive by email, from many customers, in no particular format.
  2. 02Half of them are missing something — the drawing, the quantity, the material, the delivery date.
  3. 03Someone has to notice what is missing and ask. Then remember to ask again.
  4. 04Quotes go out and nobody chases them.
  5. 05Nobody can say, at a glance, which enquiries are late or who is dealing with what.
  6. 06And when the one person who handles all this is on holiday, none of it happens.

Rendran is the list that person keeps in their head — written down, in order, visible to everyone.

02 · The product

Monday morning, on one screen.

The dashboard shows the state of the whole business at a glance: what is overdue, which quotes are waiting for a chase, which deliveries are at risk. It is what the day opens with.

The Rendran dashboard: overdue enquiries, follow-ups required, a needs-attention list grouped by reason, and the next deliveries with their status

  1. 1Overdue. Enquiries past their internal deadline. The number you want at zero.
  2. 2Follow-up required. Quotes that went out and have no chase queued.
  3. 3Needs attention. Everything that is stuck, grouped by the reason it is stuck.
  4. 4Next deliveries. What was promised, to whom, by when — and whether it is at risk.

03 · What it does

What it does, and no more.

Rendran handles the enquiry, the quote, the follow-up and the promise. Each part is plain enough to explain in a sentence.

  1. 01

    Enquiries from your own mailbox

Rendran connects to the Microsoft 365 or Google mailbox your enquiries already arrive in. Replies and quotes go out from your address, so the customer sees a normal email thread — not a portal, not a no-reply.

  2. 02

It tells you what is missing

Before anyone spends an hour on an enquiry, Rendran says what it lacks — the drawing, the quantity, the material, the delivery date — so you ask once, in one message.

An enquiry's issues panel: missing information, it cannot be priced as it stands; unassigned; fields to verify; unread customer message
Fig. 05 · Enquiry — what is missing
  3. 03

The day starts in the right order

Late first. Then due. Then everything else. Whoever opens the queue sees the same list in the same order, with an owner on every line.

  4. 04

    Quotes built from the enquiry

Positions, quantities and a cost breakdown come from the record, not from a blank spreadsheet, with revisions when the customer changes their mind. The quote goes out as a PDF in your brand and your layout, from your own address.

  5. 05

When the customer replies, the chase cancels itself.

Follow-ups are scheduled automatically when a quote goes out. Nobody has to remember to chase, and nobody chases a customer who has already answered.

Dashboard tile: follow-up required, four quotes sent with no chase queued
Fig. 06 · Quotes with no chase queued
  6. 06

From won enquiry to delivered project

A won enquiry becomes a project with milestones and a delivery date. The promise made in the quote stays visible until it is kept.

Next deliveries: customer, project reference, value and quantity, each marked delayed or at risk
    Fig. 07 · Next deliveries
  7. 07

    Ask it what needs attention

Ask in plain language — what is new, which late enquiry matters most — and get an answer. When it proposes a change, a person approves it before anything happens.

A short exchange with the assistant in Slovenian: asked what is new, it summarises open enquiries; asked which late one matters most, it names it

  8. 08

    Every deadline on one calendar

Quote dates, follow-ups, milestones and deliveries, all on one calendar. And for each person, My Work: what they owe today.

  9. 09

Your words, your templates, your brand

Your own fields on an enquiry, your wording for statuses, your templates for quotes and email, and your colour and logo in the app and on documents. Start from a preset for your industry and change what does not fit.

  10. 10

    Slovenian first. English too.

Rendran is written in Slovenian, not translated into it, with Slovenian templates for every industry. Take an enquiry by phone, then dictate or describe it: the form fills itself in, asks for whatever is still missing, and you check it.

Fill in by conversation: 1 of 9 fields captured, the assistant asks who the enquiry is from
Fig. 09 · New enquiry by conversation

04 · How it works

Four steps. Nothing to migrate.

  1. 01

    Connect the mailbox

Rendran connects to the mailbox your enquiries already arrive in. Nothing to import, nothing to move, no new address for customers to learn.

  2. 02

    Enquiries become records

Each email becomes a tracked enquiry with an owner, a due date and a list of what is still missing.

  3. 03

    Quote from the record

Positions, quantities and a cost breakdown, sent as a branded PDF from your own address.

  4. 04

    Follow through

Chases run until the customer answers. A won enquiry becomes a project with milestones and a delivery date.

05 · Plans

Three plans. Take as much as you need.

Rendran runs the commercial side of an order. It does not try to run the shop floor and it does not replace your accounting. The three plans are the same Rendran with different parts switched on: pick the one that matches how you work, and move up when you grow.

06 · Questions

Before you ask.

  1. Q.01

Do I have to replace my accounting?

No. Rendran runs the commercial side: enquiry, quote, order, delivery. Accounting stays where it is.

  2. Q.02

    Do I need an ERP?

No. If you have one, Rendran works beside it. If you do not, you do not need one for Rendran.

  3. Q.03

Does it send emails on its own?

Only follow-ups, and only if you switch them on. Anything the assistant writes is approved by a person.

  4. Q.04

Can I switch off what I do not use?

Yes. Each company switches on only the modules it uses.

  5. Q.05

    Is it in Slovenian?

Yes, written in Slovenian, not translated. Also available in English.

  6. Q.06

How long does it take to start?

Connect the mailbox, pick your industry, adjust what does not fit. No implementation project.

07 · About

Made in Slovenia, for the shops next door.

Rendran is built in Slovenia for metalworking and precision-machining companies of five to fifty people — first here and across the Adriatic region, then wherever enquiries arrive by email.

It is deliberately narrow. It handles the enquiry, the quote, the follow-up and the promise, and it stops where the shop floor begins: it is not an ERP and does not try to be one. Slovenian is its first language, written rather than translated.

Rendran is independent. Write to the address below and the people who build it are the ones who reply.
